These Terms & Conditions govern the use of martaceynowa.com and the purchase of products and services offered by Marta Ceynowa Studio, a sole trader registered in France.By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Marta Ceynowa Studio currently offers or will offer:

- Digital publications and resources

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and, where applicable, include French VAT. Marta Ceynowa Studio reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.
Orders are placed through the secure checkout on this website. Payment is processed securely. Marta Ceynowa Studio does not store payment card details.
An order confirmation will be sent to your email address upon successful payment.
Digital products (PDFs, downloads, online programmes) are delivered by email or via a secure download link. Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
Fine art prints are produced to order. Production and delivery times will be indicated at the time of purchase. Marta Ceynowa Studio works with trusted print partners to ensure the highest quality.
In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at studio@martaceynowa.com with photographs of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving a physical product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at studio@martaceynowa.com
This right does not apply to:
- Digital content once downloaded or accessed
- Personalised or custom-made items

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
